Delivery to Australian residents is charged at a flat rate of $10 or free for orders over $70 (provided the “free shipping” option is selected during checkout). Orders will normally be shipped using standard postage with Australia Post or Sendle courier. Parcels will be marked “Authority to leave” by default – please let us know if your parcel cannot be left unattended at the delivery address.
Once an order is placed, goods are normally dispatched within 3 business days, provided items are in stock. For large orders, dispatch may take longer. We will let you know if there is any delay. If you require an order urgently, please write a note during the checkout process and we will do our best to prioritise your order.
We regret that we don’t currently ship our products to destinations outside of Australia. If you are interested in making an international order, please contact us by email.
As with all other aspects of our business, we consider and aim to minimise the environmental impact of packing materials when shipping. Wherever possible we use recycled, recyclable and biodegradable packing material.
We are so confident that you’ll love our products, we now offer a 30 day guarantee! If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not feeling the love for your Two-winged fruit product/s purchased, you can return them to us for a full refund.

- We will refund to a maximum of $100 per order.
- We do not refund postage costs (of getting them to you or of their return to us).
Every effort is made to package items so that they are protected from damage during transport. If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please send us an email with your concern and the details of your order within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Goods must be returned in unopened and original condition to be eligible for re-supply or credit.
